インターナショナル・ローミングを申し込む場合(どちらも無料)
ここに電話します。
海外からオプタスに電話する場合+61-2-8082-5678

3インターナショナル・ローミングのウェブサイトは
こちらです。 Postpaid使用中の場合、133320に電話。
データをダウンロード($20/MB!!) したくないときは
事前に1300-651-545にTelしデーターダウンロードを制限します。

または、iPhoneの場合(Data Roamingの制限)
Settings=>General=>Network=>DataRoaming ON/Off

Roamingして海外でデータダウンロードはとても危険!!
1MBのEmailをとりこむだけで$20かかります。
わが社でも今年、8000ドルとか5000ドル請求された例がありました。

Importantly, your mobile number doesn’t change, which means your contacts can call you without having to remember another number. Depending on your overseas carrier, you may still be able to screen your incoming calls and divert those you don’t want to answer to voicemail.

As an Optus Post-Paid customer, you can:

SMS ‘A’ to 321 and VoiceMail will call you back (standard roaming charges apply) or
Access VoiceMail by calling +61 4 1100 0321 (international call charges apply)
For general or billing enquiries while overseas, please call Optus Customer Care on +61 2 8082 5678. (50¢ per call). Optus Customer Care is open from 8am – 7pm (AEST) Mon to Fri and 9am – 5pm (AEST) on Saturdays.
For faults with your mobile phone, you can call +61 2 8082 2642 for assistance. The Mobile Technical Support Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
For your convenience, all your overseas charges are billed back to your Optus account in Australian dollars.

Is AutoRoam™ active on my account?
AutoRoam™ is not automatically activated on monthly-billed Mobile Plan accounts. However, you may have been sent an SMS from Optus notifying you that roaming has been enabled on your account. If you have not been notified or are not sure whether Roaming is activated on your account, please call Optus Customer Care on 1300 300 937 before you leave Australia.

How much does Post-Paid AutoRoam™ cost?
When you make a call or send an SMS you will be charged the rate for the zone you are in. When someone calls you (from Australia or overseas), they will be charged the normal cost of a call or SMS to an Optus mobile in Australia.

You pay Optus' zone rate for receiving calls in the country you are roaming in, as below. If a received call is diverted to VoiceMail because you do not answer or because your phone is busy, you will also be charged the international call rate for the applicable zone to divert the caller back to your VoiceMail box in Australia. These charges may be minimised by setting an “unconditional” diversion to VoiceMail, so that all incoming calls are sent directly to your VoiceMail rather than to your overseas destination.

AutoRoam™ is not automatically connected with an Optus Digital Mobile service. Customers need to arrange connection before they go overseas. AutoRoam™ rates are subject to change without notice, due to fluctuations in international currency exchange rates and changes to charges imposed by the overseas network. AutoRoam™ activation is subject to acceptance by Optus and can be terminated without notice. Optus makes no warranty regarding the quality and availability of coverage or any services (e.g. SMS, GPRS). Available to Optus Mobile Digital customers and participating Service Providers. It may take several months for roaming charges to appear on your bill.

Some networks may operate on a frequency that is not compatible with your mobile and you may therefore need to rent a mobile. For countries where AutoRoam™ is not available, a different mobile number can be used.

Incoming number display may not be available in all countries. Incoming number display availability is dependant on the overseas carrier.

Calls diverted to VoiceMail will be charged the standard charge for diversion. For the purpose of calculating the charge of a call type (dependant on distance), the location of the Customer’s VoiceMail box is used not the Customer’s location when making the call. Incoming number display may not be available in all countries. Incoming number display availability is dependant on the overseas carrier. ~321 SMS will trigger an outbound call from the VoiceMail system to the customer overseas. Customer will be charged standard roaming charges to send the 321 SMS and to receive this call. On average it should take around 5 minutes for the VoiceMail system to call you back, but in some instances it can take up to 30 minutes.
