I wonder how some people can remember a lot of stuff, wether it is for exams or for work, i just thought that one point its just the capacity in brain is different -
some people are gifted and i was definietly not one of them.
but the other day i found out that the gap is not that big
for people who can rememebr a lot is just expremely good 
at remembering I mean, if you master the way , good way, then you can remember much more than you think you can.in a way, they have got the skill of "set memorization"
For example, if there were 5 different people men a d women young and old, each holding different things in different clothing. Of ccourxe its impossible to remeber everything but the good memory person can!
The guy in a red shirt is holding a glass of water, and he looks very tired.A little girl in a skirt is holding a flower and she is crying.
If you try to remember these sentences or words by words, it is very difficult.
guy, red, shirt, glass, water, tired, girl, skirt, holding, flower, crying.
If you had to remember exactly, you shouldnt remember by words, but by
set image
The first one would belike putting yourself into the erson. if you are a woman, you can think this person is your boyfriend or father or whoever is close to you and he has a glass of water because he wants to make coffee to kwae up. then you relate another image to the first image, maybe the girl is his daughter and she was crying becauzse she picked the flower in the garden when the father was asleep!
When i saw that, i thought, WOW!
using this method now and i feel i can remember a lot more and faster!!!! and it actually stays in memory. which is very very important!
There is a pychologist called Friberg, he phrased a situation
" Ghost in ｔｈe nursery" this is when a mother keeps ignoring a crying infant because the terrible memories of the mother herself are recalled by the baby's crying.
I had to remember a lot of people scientists or phychologists or whoever, and the names of conditions are sooooo many and similar it gets so confusing but i used this methods so I will never forget this one.
in Japanese we have a word Hanberg its means hamburger, so instead of remembering the name of the oerson and the name of the condition, i made up a story " the baby is crying because she is hungry and she wants to eat hamburg, and the mother is sad because the mother wants a hamburg too, and because of the baby cried, the mother remembered about it..." believe of or not i can remember it much better and its amazing!!
If you have an exam- and you need to do a lot of memorization-!!! TRY set memorization method!!!!!!

記憶のインプットとアウトプットは同じ場所で
例えば、何かを切ろうとして、あぁはさみがいるんだ、とおもってリビングにはさみをとりにきたら電話がなっちゃって話した後何をとりにきたかわからなくなる。なのでまた来る前の部屋に戻ったらあぁはさみ！とまた思い出すことがあるよね。
それは、記憶っていうのはそのももだけではなくってものと場所
や ものとＳｉｔｕａｔｉｏｎで覚えてるからなんだって。 セットなんだね。
試験の前に試験とおなじような模擬をするのはそれが関係しているね！
