昨晩は友人に誘われ、その友人曰く「大人のワインパーティー」へ♪
留学でお世話になった方がワイン通で、久しぶりにお邪魔してきました。
スイス公認?チーズ職人が作ったチーズだったり、
久しぶりのバーニャカウダだったり、
程よい火入れのラムのオーブン焼きだったり、と食事もGoodでしたが、
それ以上にワインがすごかった・・・(^^)
筆頭はなんと言っても、シャトー・ラトゥールの1986年!
もう二度とお目にかかれない、ましてや飲めることはなさそうな逸品。
白もムルソー・シャルムの1999年などレアものばかり・・・
下の写真以外もスパークリングなどを満喫!

Last night, i was invited by my friend to "The wine party for adults" which she called.
The host is a wine collecter, who i learned how to apply for Insead.
This was 3rd or 4th opportunity to be invited to his home.
As you can see, the dinner was really good with nice cheezes made by official Switzerland's cheeze masters, lamb stakes cooked with an oven, and a set of Bagna càuda.
On top of that, the main "dish" was "Chateau Latour, 1986" which i cannot imagine that i will be able to see and even drink in the future...
Plus, the host opened "Meursault-Charmes, 1999" and so on and on...
It was, as you already know, a great night for me;
and i really thank my friend and the host!
