A injured Girl in China was dumped instead of resucued by Police

What a news...
Incident was occured in Anhui, China 100km far west from Shanhai.
A high school girl seems like raped and beaten to death and dumped on ditch.
Then scarely she was again bumped in remote area by people after police order.
