On July 11, the Seoul Jongno Police Station sent five persons including Kim Byung-heon, a representative of a conservative civic organization "national movement to abandon CW law," to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on suspicion of defamation for insulting Lee Yong-soo, a S. Korean former (* fake) comfort woman.
The police station revealed so on July 25.
Every Wednesday, a former CW support organization, "the Korean Council for Justice and Remembrance for the Issues of Military Sexual Slavery by Japan (the Korean Council)," holds a "Wednesday Rally" in front of the Japanese Embassy in Seoul.

On March 16, 2022, Lee Yong-soo filed a lawsuit, saying that, at the rally(s), the "national movement to abandon CW law" attaked them by raising true (* not insulting) expressions and true (* not fake) facts such as "Comfort women is a fraud" and "liars" around the site.
The Korean Council released its comment on July 25 to (* shamelessly) appeal that "This is a belated decision by the police. We hope that those who don't hesitate to carry out anti-human rights behaviors will be brought to justice swiftly without failure, honor and dignity of the victims of Japanese forces [comfort women] are protected, and historical justice will be restored.
