Concerning the surfing competition at the Paris Olympics in Tahiti in the South Pacific since July 27, saying that a male Australian surfer considered to use a "Rising Sun Flag" pattern surfboard, TV station in S. MBC introduced its process in its online article released on July 31.
The person problematized by MBC is Jack Robinson (26), a world-class surfer, who posted a photo on his Instagram on July 25 showing a row of surfboards with the Rising Sun Flag pattern in preparation for the Olympics.

The post was allegedly deleted, but MBC reported about Robinson to the KSOC that "He didn't confirm not to use the Rising Sun Flag surfboards."
The KSOC lodged a protest to the Australian Olympic Committee, and the Australian side allegedly conveyed a comment of Robinson that "I won't use the Rising Sun Flag surfboards in the game."

He has qualified for the quarterfinals, which will be held in the early hours of the morning on July 2 (Japan local time).
