On July 11 and 12, General Secretary of the WPK in N. Korea, Kim Jong-un, inspected construction projects in Samjiyon City, Ryanggang Province, in northern N. Korea.
Kim was furious at the "shoddy construction" of a new accommodation facility for domestic tourists, and called the executives including Minister of State Construction Control, Ri Sun-chol, who failed to check the project at the completion stage, "fools," and ordered them to be suspended from their jobs.
The Korean Central News Agency reported so on the 14th.

Kim reprimanded that "Ri Sun-chol" never visited Samjiyon City since an inspection of the completion state was kicked in last December.
