Translation; Two Chinese bombers passed Okinawa -- the Air SDF fighter jets scrambled to address them

> 防衛省統合幕僚監部は19日、中国軍の H6爆撃機２機が同日午後、沖縄本島と宮古島との間を通過して太平洋に入ったと発表した。

On Dec. 19, Joint Staff Office of Ministry of Defense released that two Chinese Air Force H6 bombers passed between the Okinawa main-island and Miyako Island, and entered into the Pacific Ocean.
The Air SDF fighter jets scrambled to address them.

Over the Pacific Ocean south of Okinawa on Dec. 17, carrier-based fighter jets and helicopter(s) took-off & landed on the Chinese PLA Navy's aircraft carrier, "Liaoning." It's therefore possible to have conducted some kind of drills.
The MoD has analyzed will on the Chinese side such as relations with the flight of the bombers.
According to the MoD, the two bombers flew in from the East China Sea, flew into the Pacific Ocean, then turned around southeast of Okidaito Island, and returned to the East China Sea via the same route.
