私は昨日、友人の農園を訪ねました。
家族愛を象徴する、サルビアの赤い花が咲いていました。
I visited friend's farm yesterday.
Salvia that symbolized family love was in blossom.
傍らでは、イチジクさんが熟していました。
ここは、四季折々においしい作物が実る、楽しい農園です。
In by the side, fig trees had ripened.
Here is a happy farm the four seasons sometimes where delicious crops bear fruit.
この農園に囲まれて、小さな老人介護施設が誕生しました。
木造の民家を再生して、家庭的なデイサービスの事業が始まったのです。
The senior care home opened a business in this farm.
A wooden private house was reproduced, and a domestic adult daycare started.
友人は、農村の優れた環境を活用して、より良い介護を目指しています。
サービスの基本は、愛情をこめた手作りです。
The friend uses the environment with an excellent farm village, and is aiming at better nursing.
He values handmade service that includes love.
久しぶりに、かまどの釜を拝見しました。
薪で炊いたご飯を、試食させて頂きました。
懐かしい味と香りが、身体中に広がりました。
I saw the rice kettle of traditional Japan after a long time.
And, the meal boiled with firewood was sampled.
A nostalgic taste and the smell have extended in the body of me.
長い間忘れていた、楽しい暮らしの心を、思い出しました。
現在は簡易かまどを使用していますが、今後は本格的なものを計画しています。
We forgot for a long time, and recalled the mind of a happy living.
A real specification is planned in the future now though a simple kitchen range is used.
ハーブの香り高いお茶も、美味しく頂きました。
I was delicious in tea with a flavorful herb.
食材も、エネルギーも、愛情も、地産地消が基本方針です。
Local production for local consumption has a basic policy in the ingredient, energy, and love.
果樹園には、甘い香りが漂っています。
収穫の素朴な喜びは、人々の心を楽しくします。
A sweet smell is tossed about the orchard.
Simple pleasure with the harvest makes people's minds happy.
高齢化の時代、農村の果たす役割は大きいと感じました。
The present age is aging society.
I felt that the role that the farm village played was large now.
友人が経営する栗園も、今後は、施設の一部として、皆さんの楽しみになるでしょう。
伝統的な農村環境を、四季折々、楽しく活用する。
喜んでいただくために、手間を惜しまない。
その心こそ、人々を笑顔でつなげる力です。
In the future, the chestnut garden that the friend manages will become your enjoyment partially of facilities, too.
A usual activity that doesn't regret use and the time of a traditional rural environment is important.
Sincerity that doesn't neglect it is a source of the smile of trust.
ゆったりとした楽しさを、満喫いたしました。
温かい家族愛が、皆様に伝わりますように。
庭先のホトトギスさんも、願っておりました。
I enjoyed the happiness done in a relaxed manner.
We are wishing that warm family love is transmitted to everybody with flowers of the wild grass in the garden.
