The top three of my favorite ethnic food are
1) Goi Kung (Nama harumaki, raw spring rool stuffing shrimp, vegetables)
2) Fo (another name: Vietnam Ramen, it's delicious if you put lots of vegetable, herbs, on this noodle
3) Su Raa Tan (Sanratan, noodle with spicy and sour soup)
Several years ago, I made a lot of Goi Kung by myself with my friend.
I was so happy to taste them which were piled like a mountain on the dish saying "yummy yummy !", but my friend was weary of them because it took quite time to make them.
Anyway, it's lovely memory :)
