スココーヒー Suko Coffee

大村では有名な、スココーヒー

全国ネットのＴＶでも何度か放送されたことがあります。

お昼に、就労支援継続Ｂ型の仲間たちでランチを食べに行きました。

Ｎ君がときどき行くようで、お店の人とも顔見知りでした。

食事をおいしくいただいた後

付属のコーヒー園の見学をしました。

The famous coffee shop in Omura Suko Coffee.
It appeared on the nationwide TV show some time.
We went there to eat lunch.
Mr. N knows well because he goes there often.
After the lunch, we saw the coffee park.


中はジャングルのようでした。

The inside is like a jungle.


ブーゲンビリヤが咲いてます。

Bougainvillea bloomed.



舞台もあって、団体客があるときなど時間によって寸劇が見られるようです。

There was a stage, so you can watch a show depending on the time.



なにより面白かったのは、社長さん

The most interesting thing was the president.

持ってるのは書きかけの絵

What he is holding is half drawn picture.


いろんな絵を描いています。白い動物は羊だそうです。

He draws many kinds of pictures. The white animal is a sheep.


これは左手で書いたそうです。利き手でないほうで書くと味が出るとか・・・・

He drew this with his left hand. If he draws with his non dominant hand, it gives an additional charm to the pictures.

いっぱい笑わせてくれた社長さんでした。

The president made us laughed a lot.

おなかもいっぱい、心も笑顔で満たされ

We're full stomach, and the hearts were fullfiled with smiles.

ごちそうさまでした。
Thank you for the great meals.

竹取物語？・・・・その後 The Later of The Tales of Bamboo Cutter?

お兄さんたちの取ってきた竹が何になったのか？

竹で作られたものには、いろんな製品がありますね。

日常よく使うものは、竹のお箸。

足の裏をマッサージする踏み竹等

昔から伝わる工芸品もあります。が、このお兄さんたちは

そこまでの技術はありませんでした。残念！

でも、あきらめずに考えて僕らに出来て”今”求められるものは…何か

と閃いたものがこれです↓

The bamboo that taken by young men turned into what, isn't it interesting?
There are a lot that made by bamboo, offen it becomes chopsticks.
Plus, massager for a bottom of a foot.
There are traditional crafts. But these guy don't have the skill to make one.
However, not giving up and think what is required now
and what came up with is this.


門松…大きくありません。高さ５０cm位でコンパクトにできています。

日本の正月には欠かせない伝統です。

Kadomatsu.. Not big. Height is about 50cm.
It's necessary traditional item in a New year week.


調べてみると Searching for it 、いろんな意味があって勉強になりました。
I learned varioius meanings.

そんな、なんちゃって門松…失礼　ですが

それを見て、ほしいという方がいらっしゃいました。

いつも事務所に来てくれるヤクルトレディーのお姉さん

小ぶりなのがいいと。

さっそくお兄さんたちはヤクルトレディーのために

せっせと小さな門松を作りました。

It's not perfect but the person who wants to buy appeared.
The Yakult lady who often comes to our office, she said small size is good.
The young men started making small one immediately.




喜んでもらえるといいですね。

It's a pleasure if she will be happy with it.

午後からの二人‥‥ 2 Persons from the Afternoon...

「空」のお二人と入れ替わるように

大村市外のご夫婦が見学にこられました。

管理人と以前より知り合いで、この前久しぶりにお会いして職場の話をしたら

見学したいということでご主人と共に来られました。

奥様は車いすです。

ＨＡＭという難病で車いすでの生活になりました。

ご主人も聴覚障害があり、足も少しご不自由です。中途での失聴なので

コミュニケーションを取るのにご苦労があるようです。

この二人、いろんな障害や病気があってもめげずにとても明るい二人です。

仕事もいろいろ経験しています。

「いろんな障害を持っていても何かしたい。自分が地域の中で頑張って生活することで
　同じような立場の方たちの励みになれればいい」

そうも言っておられました。

以前は大村市外でＮＰＯ法人を運営されてましたが、体調不良により活動が

思うようにできず、また引き継ぐ方もいなくて、メンバーに迷惑をかけてはいけないと

解散したそうです。

ご主人がつぶやかれた言葉「まさか私がこうなるとは思ってもいなかった」

誰もがそうだろうと思います。

七転び八起きという諺がありますが、何度転んでも起き上がる勇気と力が必要ですね。

1人で起き上がるよりも、仲間の力を借りると起き上がりやすくなりますね。

お互いに手を差し伸べたり、差し伸べられたりして、生きていけばいいと思います

”お互い様”という言葉が好きです。

どんな仲間に出会うか、それが人生のポイントかもしれませんね。

見学が終わり帰り際に「仲間になれたらいいな」と一言置き土産

二人が持っている情熱を何かしらの形で実現してゆけるように

私もお二人の仲間としてこれからも応援していきたいと思います。


線路は続くよどこまでも



Replacing “Sora” to the wife and husband from out of Omura city, visited the Taiyo Koubou.
The wife and the manager known each other from before, it’s been a long time after we last met and talked about the workplace, she wanted to visit Taiyo Koubou, so she came with her husband. The wife is a wheelchair user.
Because of incurable disease, she have to live with a wheelchair.
The husband has problems with hearing, and he cannot walk well. He’s hearing problems are not from the birth, so it’s difficult to communicate with people.
These 2 persons are cheerful even though they have various disorders.
They experience many kinds of works.
They said “we want to do something even though we have difficulties. It’s great if we could help people who have difficulties, by doing our best in the community.”
They were running NPO out of Omura city before, but because of poor physical condition they couldn’t work well, so they dismissed the NPO because they don’t want to cause troubles to the members.
The words he tweeted “I’ve never thought I became like this.”, I think everyone thinks so.
There is the phrase fall seven times, stand up eight, it requires courage and strength even how many times you fall.
It’s easier to stand up if you have your friends’ help, than by doing by your own self.
It’s great to live our lives by helping each other.
I like the phrase “we should help each other in times of need.”
Maybe, the point is what kinds of people you’ll meet is the important part in your life..
After visiting, they said if we could keep in touch.
I would like to cheer them up as a friend of them, to their dreams with their passion become reality. The railroad goes on wherever.

見つめ合う二人‥‥ Staring at each other....

今日は見学の方が二組いらっしゃいました。

まず、午前中に佐賀県木島郡にある、

就労継続支援Ａ型事業所　「空」の32歳の若い社長と

執行役員の女性のお二人。

昨年Ａ型事業所を立ち上げ、現在は6人の障がい者の方々が働いているそうです。

作業内容は、蛇口、アルミサッシの分解や銅線剥ぎなどの作業。仕事内容から

全員男性の現場、気を抜くとけがをすることもあるので

毎日大声を出しながらの作業で気を使うと話しておられました。

それでも、休み時間などはみんな和気あいあいとしていて、夕方16時まで

しっかり就業しているとのことでした。

今後Ｂ型の導入や、利益を上げてゆくための工夫、いろいろ試行錯誤中だそうです。

今回なぜ太陽工房に見学にきたのか？

同行のＭさんが元県の職員で障害者就労に携わっておられ、

大村市役所に問い合わせたりいろいろ調べて、

見つけてくれたそうで、いろんなところを見学するのも勉強だからと

社長を引っ張ってきたと笑っておられました。

太陽工房はそんなに大きな事業所ではありませんが、

社長の構想と体格はビッグです。

「空」の社長さんは体格は小柄ですが、気持ちはビッグでした。

そんな二人が出会い、いろんな夢や現実を語り合っています。

寒空の下　見つめ合いながら・・・・・



お互いの活動に幸あれ・・・・

Today we had two pairs of visitors.
First, the 32 year-old president of continuous employment support Type A “Sora” and two female executive officers. He launched the Type A office last year, and 6 people with disabilities are working right now. Work contents are disassemble faucets and aluminum sash, and peel off the copper wire. From the work contents it’s the place for men, if you loosen your attention you will be injured so shout out aloud every day. However, on a free time every one chat freely very friendly and they work until up 4p.m. This time they start running a Type B, work-out to how to raise benefit, they are doing trial and error. Why did they come to Taiyo Koubou? A person who accompanies Ms. M when she was in the previous prefecture there were people with disabilities, contact Omura city hall and search many things, and then she found Taiyo Koubou and he drag the persident to Taiyo Koubou to as a study, saying laughingly. Taiyo Koubou is not a big office but the president’s ambition and build are big. The president of “Sora” is thin but hope is huge. Those two people who met a couple minutes ago chatting dreams and reality. Cold sky, starting at each other. Good luck to two of you. To be continued…

自主消火訓練 Fire Fighting Training

昨日は消火訓練の日でした。
It was a fire drill day yesterday.


計画書を作り説明を聞きます。

社長の説明に耳を傾け、
それぞれに役割分担して臨みます。

ワラワラとメンバーが避難してゆきます
Members are evacuating a little by little.


それぞれの役割に応じて、初期消火、その後消防に連絡　
アパートの住人の方の避難(今回は避難したと想定して
実際には動いていません)
Depending one’s rolls, do initial fire fighting, and call for fire trucks and ambulances, evacuation of the residents.


最後に、訓練担当者のＭ君から
注意点と説明等をみんな真剣に聞いていました。
これから乾燥する季節、火災には十分に気をつけたいものです。
At last, listened to the explanation from Mr. M who’s charge in the drill.
From now on, it’s the season that it’s going to be dry, so we need to be careful.
