◎The Children and Families Agency and Hiroki Komazaki — An Organization Infiltrated by Activists
January 29, 2024

The following is an excerpt from the article titled “Hiroki Komazaki (President of Florence) and the Red Network”, written by the sharp-minded journalist Ryoko Ikeda and published in the January 26 issue of the monthly magazine Hanada.
Hanada and WiLL are filled with these kinds of genuine reports, written by true journalists.
And yet, the price is only 1,000 yen (tax included).
Every Japanese citizen who can read print should head to the bookstore and subscribe.
And yet, there are still people who subscribe to newspapers like the Asahi Shimbun.
They pay nearly 5,000 yen a month to read articles written by people who slander Japan, betray the nation, and relentlessly work to diminish its national strength.

The moment I read the opening page of this article, I sensed that there were even greater forces behind the assassination of Prime Minister Abe.
Unless we dismantle the Liberal Democratic Party and the judiciary that are aligned with such forces, Japan cannot become strong or prosperous.
This is required reading for every Japanese citizen.
Emphasis within the text (except headings) is mine.
The following is a continuation from the previous section.

◎The Children and Families Agency and Hiroki Komazaki
The Children and Families Agency is one of the organizations that has been infiltrated by activists.
For example, Akaishi Chieko, the head of the NPO “Single Mothers Forum,” serves as a member of the Children and Families Council under the agency.
The agency itself is said to have been established based on the proposal of Liberal Democratic Party House of Councillors member Taro Yamada.
Yamada was a staff member when current Upper House member Kiyomi Tsujimoto founded Peace Boat.
Peace Boat is an NPO that organizes cruises around the world.
These cruises have included visits to Kunashiri Island and North Korea.
At one time, they even chartered the Mangyongbong, a ship built with funds from Chongryon.
Yamada also once held the title of honorary professor at Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics), one of the “Seven Sons of National Defense” institutions under contract with the People’s Liberation Army of the Chinese Communist Party.
Yamada hosted study sessions in preparation for the establishment of the Children and Families Agency, and among the participants was Kohei Maeda, an employee of the NPO Florence, where Hiroki Komazaki is president (Maeda is currently on assignment at the agency).
Komazaki himself was also appointed as a council member after the agency was established.
Komazaki is now facing a firestorm on social media, due to three primary controversies.
The first concerns allegations of abuse of the hometown tax donation system.
The second involves problems with the special adoption system.
The third involves the issue of a recognized NPO chairman engaging in political activity.

As for the first controversy:
– Despite receiving 20 million yen in subsidies for its “Child Meal Delivery” project, Florence raised more than 60 million yen in donations through the hometown tax system, while reportedly spending only about 200,000 yen on actual food purchases.
– Komazaki's use of the hometown tax donation system to donate to Florence may constitute tax evasion.
– Promoting donations to Florence may constitute stealth marketing (sute-ma) and potentially violate Japan’s Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.

It should also be noted that among those engaging in stealth marketing are numerous members of the “Red Network,” such as constitutional scholar Sota Kimura, who opposes the introduction of the joint custody system.
(To be continued.)
