The "Young Victimized Women Support Project" should be abolished at this time because the name and the reality are so disconnected that the project itself has little meaning.
However, since it is tied to the Diet Members' Legislation called "Difficult Women Support Law," there is a presumption that they must continue it for the sake of the face of the members of the Diet, and the MHLW is going out of its way to converting it into a subsidy program. That's right.
