一休の遺言状を開けたときに残されていた言葉と伝えられている。

あれこれ心配したところで、なるようにしかならない。

正に心理をズバリと改めて説かれると、

自分が悩んでいることそのものが、バカバカしく思える。

そして、自分のもてる力を思い切り出して、

結果として、失敗しても、それを受け入れる気持ちで、
望めば、行動することができると思う。
