糖尿病には、遺伝子型と生活習慣によるものと2種類がある。

生活習慣によるものは、毎日の生活をこの際見直すことにより、
将来の糖尿病を予防することができる。

例えば、簡単な


糖尿病　予防策を行うことにより、リスクは少なくなる。

つまり、日々、体を動かすこと、高カロリーの食事を摂取しない
ことが一番の体調管理につながると思う。

冬は、老人の健康問題が、高まる季節である。 特に、1人暮らしの年金生活者においては、 健康についての心配、孤独な気持ちが高まる。 日本国内でも、老人の孤独死や自殺が、 冬は特に多いと言われている。 1人暮らしの老人を地域のコミュニティーが 支援する活動をもっと積極的に広げていかなければ、 高齢化がますます進む社会では、避けて通ることの 出来ない重大な問題となっている。
