コーヒーと寿命

最近、アメリカの国立ガン研究所の報告によると、
「コーヒーを飲む人のほうが、寿命が長く生きられる可能性が高い」
の調査結果にいたったとのことです。

この調査は、１３年間にわたって累計４０万人のデータをもとにした結果であるとのことです。

具体的には、１日１杯で死亡リスク６％低下、

１日２～３杯で死亡リスク１０％低下、

１日４～５杯で死亡リスク１２％低下とのことです。
