違和感、脳卒中

１．顔の半分や片方の手足が突然動かなくなる。

また、顔や手足の感覚が鈍くなる、しびれが生じたりする。


２．突然、ろれつが回らなくなったり、言葉が出なくなる。


３．視野の一部が見えなくなったり、二重に見えたりする。


脳卒中の症状である（１）「片麻痺」、（２）「言語障害」、（３）「視覚障害」に心当たりがあれば、今すぐ病院に行って、診断してもらうことを勧める。

上記のような症状が数分で消失して、元通りなることで、およそ3割の人は
1ヶ月以内に脳梗塞になる危険性が高いと報告されている。


脳卒中予防のためには、

１．高血圧を治す

２．糖尿病に注意

３．不整脈は直に受診

４．タバコをやめる

５．アルコールを控える

６．高コレステロールに注意

７．塩分、脂肪を控える

８．適度な運動を心掛ける

９．太りすぎに注意

また、毎日の生活において、脳卒中の誘引となる
脱水、血圧の急激な上昇や低下、過労、風邪などの感染症に
気を付けることが大切である。
