I walked downtown Sendai 2 weeks ago and I saw a big banner in Kotodai Park that there was a Thai festival. Since I didn’t have anything to do and I was hungry I decided to drop by the event, Entrance was free of charge which is why there were a lot of people at the event.
As a usual festival, there were lots of booths selling local Thai dresses and some goodies. Of course, a Thai festival is not a festival without showcasing authentic Thai dishes. They were selling different kinds of Thai dishes and it was mouth-watering. It was hard to choose what to eat because there were lots of food and most especially there were many people in each booth and the weather that time was HOT. I wanted to eat Pad Thai, but the line was very long and I didn't want to fall in line and wait just to buy Pad Thai also the weather at that time was HOT. Instead of buying Pad Thai, I just had mango sticky rice because the line was fast. As usual, Thai mango sticky rice was the best.
