Hey, did you get downtown and watch the marathon
I was in church Sunday and it went right by us. The band music was so cool and SO loud. I love band music, how about you? The guy beating the huge drum was so so powerful. I was amazed by his enthusiasm 
. Our church is on the 3rd floor on Bansui Dori and we got to watch the marathon. I took some pictures and posted them here for you. Maybe you watched it on Sendai local TV. I was surprised to watch the first 5 runners go by, they were all women. Then my friend reminded me that it was a women’s university that was running. DOH 
It was fun to watch the students blowing their horns and cheerleaders do their cheers. So Cool It reminds me of home, we have events all the time and school bands always perform.
