Japan is about to become “the plague of East Asia” again  

　On July 8, a day before the NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) summit began in Washington, DC, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Russia and met with Russian President Vladimir Putin on July 9, apparently to discuss trade settlement.

　Aside from the U.S. and its dependencies, many countries around the world are concerned about the U.S. government's use of the financial system as a tool of control and have lost confidence in SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications). More and more countries seem to believe that a new payment mechanism needs to be established.

　Modi said that the relationship between Russia and India is important and of great significance to the world as a whole, and that the partnership between the two countries is gaining importance. He also spoke of “stability and peace in the world,” which he demonstrated in action by visiting Russia in conjunction with a NATO summit to discuss war.

　Russia and China are trying to create a multipolar world, but there is a border issue between China and India, and there have been periods of heightened military tension. The U.S. has taken advantage of this to strengthen the division between China and India and to subordinate India.

　To strengthen its dominance in the region from the Indian Ocean to the Pacific, the U.S. discussed in November 2017 the revival of a quad organized by Australia, India, the U.S., and Japan, and in May 2018 renamed the U.S. Pacific Command to the Indo-Pacific Command. The Pacific base was to be Japan, the Indian Ocean base was to be India, and Indonesia was to serve as the link between the two.

　However, Indonesia has moved to hide its line with the U.S., and India is now showing a stance of not being subservient to the U.S. as well. Russia, which has historically had close ties with India, is probably behind the move. The U.S. then turned its attention to none other than the Philippines. It is said that this is also the purpose of Japan's conclusion of a military logistics agreement with the Philippines.

　At the NATO summit meeting held in Washington, D.C., the leaders are said to have discussed the situation in Ukraine, but Ukraine is already not functioning as a country. It has no soldiers and no weapons. Western countries are sending military personnel, including special forces, or operators to Ukraine, providing Ukraine with classified information obtained by military satellites, reconnaissance aircraft, and spy networks on the ground, and sending mercenaries from other countries, but they seem to have reached their limits. The appearance of “Ukraine versus Russia” can no longer be maintained.

　NATO has no choice but to come to the forefront and go to war with Russia, but it is difficult to move NATO as a single organization. Therefore, negotiations and signing of the RAA (Reciprocal Access Agreement/Facilitation of Cooperation between Forces) are underway in preparation for war. Japan also signed an RAA with the United Kingdom early last year. Prime Minister Fumio Kishida attended or was forced to attend the NATO summit for the same purpose. In East Asia, Japan and the U.S. are playing a central role in building a military alliance with South Korea and the Philippines.

　So far, Modi has deepened relations with the U.S. and Israel, but he has deepened them even more with Russia and China. India has historically been under the control of private power in the U.K. and the U.S. and of finance capital based in the City and Wall Street, but such structures seem to be shaking. Japan is the country that the U.S. and British ruling classes are considering as a nucleus to compensate for this. Japan is about to become “the plague of East Asia” once again.
