Further to your email I can confirm that we currently have availability for your 6day self guided tour, commencing the 25th of November 2007 & completing the 30th of November 2007 as requested. I have also booked your Christchurch accommodation as outlined on the contracts, with a single room being $280NZD for the two nights for for Mrs. ***** and the two twin rooms for four men[$195NZD per person for the two nights]. Christchurch accommodation is for the 24th & 30th of November 2007 and Kim or I will arrange pickup and drop off to the airport for you all [no additional charge].
To complete your booking I have attached the contract forms for you to confirm your tour, with the price totalling $1345NZD per person for the twin share rooms and & $1730NZD for Mrs ***** for her own room. On receipt of your booking forms , I will send through your tour itinerary and receipt and your tour will be confirmed. You will note there are two separate contracts attached to this email, with one marked for Mrs. ***** and one for all the rest of you who are sharing a room. Please note if Mr ***** is able to join Mrs ***** [I presume that they are a couple and will share a twin room] then their price will reduce to $1345NZD per person.
