息子は完全に親離れしてラグビー部の試合、妻と娘は町田にショッピング(お父さんは来なくてもいいと)。Kindleをお供にロッテリアでひとり深煎り珈琲を飲んでいる。そろそろ子離れ、妻離れしないと、この孤独感には耐えれないなぁー
この間読んだ「Second Machine Age」の事が紹介されている。第二次産業革命の勝者は労働者でも資本家でも無くイノベーションを起こせるアイディアを実行出来る人である。これからの世界は若者達にとって希望に満ちあふれている！

唯一の異常値だった中性脂肪も一ヶ月で２２０から１００に改善。やっぱり積極的にEPAを取ったのが良かった。ここ２０年で初めて血液検査の全ての項目が正常範囲内。全く身体は素晴らしい！
広告専用の車をスパームカーと呼ぶのを初めて知った。確かに渋滞の原因にはなるし、地球環境にも悪いしスパームメールと同じで迷惑なだけだ。
