All the way here to the edge of Takla Makan the rumour has spread. Please accept my tribute bowing and my dearest gratulations!! I'll "be damned", you all are getting much done at home. I am beginning to feel old already! It would'nt surprise me if I have been overrun even by Svantesson. Korla is my most beautiful city so far. Right now with a wonderful just right level of summer warmth, but the nights are beginning to go below zero. At present not much is done with archeology, but soon headed for "beach lines" where I suppose there must have been some ancient battles. - Sea battles!? (In Swedish a joke because "sea battle" also means party with to much alcohol)
