I guess, because of this everyday's update, people are not much suprised now....
I feel like exciting when or which office hit the highest numbers. Can you understand our expectation is fading.... 

This problems are created by poor organizing system*, lack of business mind, and nobody cares.... Well, this is Japanese public system...
*2 separated (Citizen & Civil)registering systems should be managed by one section... 
You know? They hire people as excellent as Good education and good background.... but the result we see ....  A Top doesn't qualified as a leader can't hire excellent.

This is why our country has over 900,000,000,000,000yen debt.... our tax goes people who can't work....
