ちょうど次の条約改正が見えたタイミングで、お世話になっている先生より新書が出ることを聞きましたのでご紹介です。
ところで、かつてのエントリでご紹介したお師匠さんの本が届きました。前書きに問題意識が書かれていますが、その申し子が不肖、私めになります。
"Competition law courses tended to concentrate upon the regulation of private economic power, centered around Article 81 and 82 EC and the Merger Regulation. Our belief that the control of public and new forms of hybrid public/private economic power was an equally important dimension of the future economic and social structure of Europe led us to create a new course which we hoped would complement the traditional LLM courses."
