先日の電源コードの件の続きですが、今週手術室のモニタをチェックしていますが、手術室の場合は、電気メスが併用されますので、アースをつないでいないと干渉ノイズが入って、まったく使い物になりません
したがって、電源コードはICU同様に2Pとして使われていますが、きっちりとアース線で別途アースに接続しています
しかしながら電源コードとアース線を別々につなぐのは手間がかかることと、器械周りが煩雑になることから、麻酔科医師の判断で、これもプラグを付け替えることになりました
器械の性能が優秀だと、アースをつながなくても測定ができてしまうことは、ある意味では問題かもしれません

This week I started the check of patient monitors in the Operation Theater.
In the case of OT, it is impossible to use the monitor with the electric-surgical unit together due to the interference noise.
Therefore as well as ICU the power cable was used as 2P but they had connected the earth cable independently.
However to connect two cables is little troublesome around the floor and I discussed with the anesthesiologist and decided to change the plug to 3Pin.
Recent equipment which has the excellent feature can be used without grounding may be another problem.
