本稿は、沖縄の若者が地元や就労世界において構築する沖縄的共同性を分析し、もって現代社会の排除の一端を描くものである。本稿の主な対象は、中学や高校を離脱し、不安定な就労環境にあるヤンキー（暴走族を含む）である。ヤンキーとは、地元に生活拠点をおき、そこで仲間とさまざまな資源を直接に共有していることに特徴がある下層若者である。その資源を直接に共有（伝達）する具体例として、ヤンキーの共同性におけるシゴキをともなう社会化を、ネオリベラリズム（ネオリベ）を分析概念と設定し、議論を展開した。エイサー青年会では、ネオリベによるローカル性の排除によってその社会化が機能しなくなり、建築現場では各労働者が個別化され、共同性が解体されつつあることをみた。その結果、共同体の新参者を育てあげる社会化としてのシゴキは、ただ排除するためのリンチへと変化しつつあった。ネオリベは経済的搾取を強力に進めるが、それはヤンキーの共同性をも侵食するし、またそのような周辺にある若者から侵食していく。また、搾取、排除と反抗がせめぎあう共同性を詳細にミクロに分析することで、ネオリベがヤンキーを代替可能な労働力として、搾取、排除するのに対し、ヤンキーの共同体やそこでの実践は、偶然性と非合理性を生み出すことで、代替不可能な仲間を再生産していることを指摘した。最終的には、これらの議論が日本（人）にとっていかなる意味を持つのかを論じた。

In this essay, I analyzed Okinawan communitarity which Okinawan youth formed in their hometown and working society, and described a part of exclusion in contemporary society. Main object in this essay is Yankees, including Boso-zoku, who have dropped out from junior high school or high school and now take unstable job. Yankees are underclass youths who have base of life in their hometown and directly share various resources with their members. I advanced discussion about socialization involving harsh trainings in Yankees communitarity, as concrete example which were directly shared and taken over the resources, by setting out analyzing concept, neo-liberalism. In youth centers of Eisaa, the socialization cannot work well because of rejecting localization by neo-liberalism, and in building sites, each worker became individualized and communitarity are being broken down, I confirmed. As a result, harsh training as socialization, which brings up new members in the community, was ending up lynching for just exclusion to them. Neo-liberalism vigorously pushed forward economical exploitation, and in the end broke into Yankees communitarity. And first of all, it exploited marginal youths like Yankees. Moreover analyzing in detail communitarity in which exploitation, exclusion and rebellion are fiercely competing, neo-liberalism exploit and exclude Yankees as substitutable labor power, whereas Yankees community and practices in it reproduce non-substitutable members because they generated contingency and irrationality. Ultimately I argued for Japan and Japanese what significance these discussions had.
