コーヒーミーティング〜ブレンド決定〜
先週５回目のコーヒーミーティングを行いました。
今回は、話し合ってきたブレンドの配合も決まり、その配合率でコーヒーを入れてもらいました。
調理担当の職員が、コーヒーに合うチョコレートを作って来てくれて準備万端。
コーヒーの入った紙コップを順番に回して目の前に置かれ、待つ時間はコーヒーの香りがほのかにし、ドキドキ、ワクワク。
それは、いつもと同じコーヒーに見えるけれど、これまでとは違うコーヒー。
職員と「橙」店主の谷田さんとで生み出した特別なものです。
手に取ると優しい香り。
ひとくち飲むと爽やかな酸味があり、そのあとからほんのりと甘さも感じ、とても美味しいと素直に感じました。
酸味が強いのは、職員の私個人としては苦手なのですが、新しい感覚の酸味でもあり、とても良かったと思います。
いっしょに戴いたお菓子はコーヒー風味の生チョコレートで、三層タイプでとても美味しくコーヒーと良く合いました。
ブレンド決定
ですが、ブレンド内容はまだお伝えすることできません。
パッケージと商品名、価格 販売方法など、これからしっかり詰めていく予定です。

We had the 5th coffee meeting in the last week.
This time, the combination of blend which we had been talked over has been decided, and with the combination, the master made some cups of coffee.
Chiefs made us some chocolate that matches the coffee, and we were ready to go.
We shared the cups of coffee and the chocolate, picking one person by one, during we were waiting the smell of the coffee was floating around a little bit, so we were very excited to receive one.
The coffee looked like same as before, but it was totally different.
It is the only our special coffee that created by our staff and the master of “Daidai,” Tanida-san.
Once we hold the cup of coffee, smelled very gentle and kind.
With the first sup we surely could felt refreshing sour taste, and then, a little bit of sweetness came in our mouth, so we felt it was naturally tasting great.
As one member of the staff, I don’t actually like strong sour taste, but it was new kind of sour taste I felt it was pretty good.
The chocolate was three layered and it was delicious by itself but it was the best with the coffee.
The blend has been decided, but we cannot tell you the details.
We are going to decide the package, the name, the price, and how to sell them.
