Q: Jose, how happy are you you've been put at last some pressures on Manchester United.
JM: No, I'm happy because we have won. I'm happy because for a long long time we don't lose a single match we have I think seven or eight consecutive win in the Premiership. We played well, and Tottenham gave us a hard game so when the opponent plays well they gives us a difficult game, I think the meaning of the three points are even more important.
Q: Maybe you've made a lot of changes today, with that reflect, maybe smoothes the performances?
JM: You know, it's difficult to play in every competitons at the same time at the same for Tottenham. They made changes we had to make also changes, and to be fair with my players, the ones that I have brought to the team, they did their job.
Q: You and Ricaldo Carvalho go back few years, You have been ever seen him scores the better one?
JM: Yes, I saw twice against Man United, he scored one in Old Trafford this season, and he scored one last season and where we were champions. I'm ready to speak about, because sometimes we are all a bit unfair because sometimes we go always to the same names of course big players name but sometimes we forget other players, and in my opinion, we had what happened this season where Petr Cech, John Terry, Essien, Joe Cole, Robben, all these people were injured for long time, Ricaldo was more than he appeared for us, Ricaldo was absolutely unbelievable all season, and I couldn't be happier that he scored this goal for us today.
Q: Shall I say back them watch Manchester United go to Portsmouth, what sort of pressures will it be you denied followed your win?
JM: No, I think they have no pressures, I think they are the top of the league, this is the same story as the previous season when people was saying to me "Chelsea is in the pressure?", "No I have no pressure, I'm top of the league, no pressure" I think is the same for them, they are the top of the league, and they are very very lucky with the fixtures, thay are lucky beause they always plays after Chelsea and today they only plays before Chelsea, and very very very lucky beause they don't play here next week. Can you imagine Man United plays at Stamford Bridge next weekend? So I think they are very very lucky with the fixtures.
Q: When you look at the remaining fixtures, they are running out for you, and for Manchester United at the Portmouth away game, you wanna think they could slip up here?
JM: No, the game I think they can slip up is in Stamford Bridge.
Q: But I mean, it's not enough, you need two slip up at least?
JM: I think that is the only thing we can control, I don't play for Portsmouth, Portsmouth is Portsmouth I think, Man United are better team than them. If Man United plays well, they win, if Man United plays bad, maybe they have penalty and they win too.(ニヤリ) So it's difficult.
Q: Will you watch the game?
JM: I don't know, it depends. I am going out for a walk, with two children and families, maybe second half I will see.
Q: For performing the Valencia game next week, Micheal Essien was warming up before kick off going through routine. Is he gonna be fit to return?
JM: We will see. If he was not fit today, is because the situations is not easy but we will see.
