Even now also a long time ago, there is the right to do a discussion (the diplomacy) in the country which has military power.
However, Japan in those days accepted the demand with a smile without negotiating to the strange thing.

The lesson which is gotten from here is knowing that it is the international community is the place of the tactics which pluck out the eye of a live horse as Japan and as the United Kingdom, it is, understand the country which is wished for wanting to grow steadily.
This by that it is possible to say about America or each Asian country, future Japan should do the diplomacy which utilized this lesson though, however, it was troubled because the education and the mass communication after the war were letting us know only oppositely as usual.
The international relations which are taught in Japan are only the international goodwill theory.
Well, because the means of the getting international goodwill is only the apology, the help, the alternating current and the dialog, when being the threat from the partner country, being the blockade, being the punishment and being the invasion, it can not think of how it does.
Because the elitist in Japan is only such a person, the opinion which appears even if it opens a measure conference by the petition, the explanation, the escape, the postponement, the temporization, only the concession of being at its end, saying it is consultation in America.
Under present condition, because the partner increasingly avails more, with some day, Japan getting into a temper to begin to be angry once again, I am really anxious for the next 10 years.
