互換性（75bit）まだ大丈夫です！
バージョンアップするメリットとして、色分けをどこまでするかの選択が可能になりました。
これはとてもいいです。
/ 付コールサインの問題など解決されているか・・・相手を見つけ次第試してみたいところです。
この記事を書きながらみていると、-24 とか -23 をたくさんデコードしています。
