今日フリスビーのママのＨ子ちゃんからパソコンにメールと写真が送られてきました。
一日に川崎競馬場の誘導馬の騎手をされたそうです。誘導馬とは競技が行われる際にパドックや馬場に競走馬を先導する馬です。
これに乗馬してコースに導く騎手は花形的存在です。
乗馬クラブが競馬場と契約してするお仕事らしいですが、毎回馬の飾りつけにいろいろな工夫を凝し観客を楽しませることが大切なのだそうです。
とても楽しかったそうです。
Today as I sat down in front of my pc I saw that I got an e-mail and some pictures from a friend of mine.
Like me she also has a horse named Frisbee which she always trains to attend competitions.
But for a change she had a rare chance to ride a leading horse at the Kawasaki race course. At the opening, leading horses of the race with jockey lead to the paddock or the racecourse.
A leading horse is usually beautifully decorated and makes audience enjoy watching them with awe. A rider is a kind of a star everyone admires.
In this case a riding club has a contract to offer the service to the owner of the racecourse. So staffs at the club must work hard to present an attractive decorations for a horse.
My friend enjoyed herself to be a rider on this day and I am so happy for her.
