春 早朝の雨 / Spring Early Morning Rain

今朝は、予報ははずれて、未明から雨になりました。
早朝から行く予定だった、路面清掃は中止になりました。
明日は、きっと、体調も、いけるでしょう。

This morning, the forecast was wrong and it started raining before dawn.
The road cleaning that was scheduled to start early in the morning has been canceled.
I'm sure I'll be able to clean the roads tomorrow.

お隣の白梅は、花が散り、すっかり葉ばかりになりました。
実を膨らませ始めた梅にとっては、恵みの雨だったでしょう。
僕も、今日は、実を膨らませていく日にします。

The white plum trees in my neighborhood have lost their flowers and are now just leaves.
The rain was a blessing for the plum trees, whose fruit has just started to swell.
I'm also going to spend today helping my fruit swell.
