Can world peace (international peace) be bought with money?

As soon as we ask this question, the question simultaneously arises, "If it could be bought, from whom?" The other question arises at the same time, "What would you buy?

And another, "What would we buy?"

And because the world has tried to buy peace with money, it has not yet been able to achieve it. This is manifested in world history.

The Gaza issue has made it clear that, with a few exceptions, ordinary citizens around the world overwhelmingly want world peace. (This is in spite of what governments want.)

It has also become clear that when one tries to buy peace with money, "war is peace.

Buying lots of toys with money does not make peace. As long as we make decisions based on winning and losing, there will be no peace.

World peace is not for sale anywhere and no one can sell it. World peace is created by world citizens.

 

RENUNCIATION OF WAR
Article 9. Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes.
In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized.

世界平和（国際平和）はお金で買うことができるだろうか？

この問いを立てた途端、「もし買うとしたら誰から？」という問いが同時に発生する。

もう一つ、「何を買うのか？」

そしてこれまでの世界は、お金で平和を買おうとしたゆえに、平和を得ることが未だにできていない。これが世界史に現われている。

ガザ問題を契機に、一部を除き世界中の一般市民は圧倒的に世界平和を望んでいることが明らかになった。（各国政府の思惑とは別に）

お金で平和を買おうとすると、「戦争は平和だ」となることも明らかになった。

お金でオモチャを沢山買っても平和にはならない。勝ち負けで判断する限り平和にはならない。

世界平和はどこにも売っていないし誰も売ることができない。世界平和は世界市民が作り上げるものである。

 

第二章　戦争の放棄
第九条　日本国民は、正義と秩序を基調とする国際平和を誠実に希求し、国権の発動たる戦争と、武力による威嚇又は武力の行使は、国際紛争を解決する手段としては、永久にこれを放棄する。
②　前項の目的を達するため、陸海空軍その他の戦力は、これを保持しない。国の交戦権は、これを認めない。
