Captain Ces's Log #4 [Glow worms]

 Ahoy Mateys! 

Sorry for the late update! My state of the art pirate ship was experiencing problems while sailing

through some stormy seas!

 While I was sailing the seas, I came across an interesting place!

Have you heard of "Glow worms?"

From up close, most people would think they look pretty gross. (I think they're kind of cute! )

However, glow worms emit a light that makes them look like they are "glowing"! And when there are

many of them in one area, particularly a cave, they form one of the world's most beautiful sights!

 

 

These are the Waitomo Glow Worm Caves located in New Zealand! It's like sailing through space!

And speaking of which, this reminds me of a toy I used to have when I was a baby!

It's a Glo Worm! His face lights up so children aren't afraid of the dark. It was one of my favorite toys when I was a baby!
