Translation; S. Korea has requested UNESCO over a memorial service for the whole workers at Sado gold mines, as it expected to work on the Japanese side to hold it promptly

> 韓国の趙兌烈外相は 24日、国連教育科学文化機関（ユネスコ）のアズレ事務局長とニューヨークで会談し、新潟県の「佐渡島の金山」の世界文化遺産登録決定を巡り日韓が合意した労働者の追悼式実施などの後続措置について「関心を持って支援してほしい」と協力を要請した。

On Sept. 24, S. Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul held a meeting with UNESCO Director-General Audrey Azoulay in New York. Over the follow-up measures, including carrying out of a memorial service for workers, that Japan and S.
