タイ風カレーうどん Thai-Curry Udon

こちらのスーパーで売っているタイ産の缶詰カレーがあります

チキンカレーとツナカレーがありますが、今日はチキンカレーうどんです

冷凍の生うどんを茹でて丼に入れ、普通に麺つゆでかけうどんの状態にします

ここへ缶詰のチキンカレーを一缶そっくり投入すればできあがりです

カレーはもともとつゆが多いタイ風カレーなので、日本のカレーうどんとは一味違った美味しさがあり、極めて簡単にできるので、お昼にはちょっとお勧めです

We can buy a canned curry made in Thailand at the supermarket.

It has two types of curry chicken and tuna, today I chose the chicken.

Boiling the frozen udon and put the noodle soup into the bowl together.

Put the canned curry on it and “chicken curry udon” there.

Originally this curry is Thailand taste which includes a lot of soup, and it is little different one from Japanese curry udon.

It is pretty good and easy to cook for the lunch.
