政治に於ける信の大切さ
古代中国の孔子は、弟子との問答の中で政治に於いては「信」が最も重要であるといった。
何を言い、何をするにも信用されなければ相手にされなくなるからである。
今、中国では鄧小平が英国と約束した事を破り、信用出来ない国と見做されるようになった。
そして、今度はかつての大国ロシアがサハリン２で結んだ約束を破ろうとしている。
両国とも国家元首自ら、約束を破り、その国民に信の大切さを否定して見せた訳である。
この状態のまま推移するなら、両国が隆盛に向かう筈がない。
