The 'Galapagos Constitutional Theory' is not supported by a precise interpretation of the Constitution, but 'Prevent the revival of militarism' 'Constitutionalism restricts power' It's just a fluffy abstract opinion like 'An Abe administration is running on the road that came someday 'or an ideological 'political gossip.'
Supporting this position is not the sophistication of constitutional interpretation, but the network of social groups connected by ideology.
