As a captain of the Prime Minister's Office, I felt that I was watching the cabinet of the Democratic Party of Japan, Yukio Hatoyama. Perhaps I was now seeing an absolute idiot, which people don't get to see very often in their lifetime. But I came to think that he was the type that is not so rare in the Constitutional Democratic Party.
