Lima ET403 Intercity EMU (Original livery)
I bought this model more than 10 years ago.
The gap between vehicles was too wide. I saw an article of replacing the couplers of this model into Fleischmann close couplers in a German model rail magazine, and I followed the article.
I used Tomix 0331, body mount close couplers (latch type) instead of Fleischmann parts.
Trim both sides of the base into 12mm width.
Remove the coupler on the bogie frame, cut out the body end moulding and glue the close coupler on the floor.
