ジャガイモ一個を手ごろに8ミリ厚さに切り、電子レンジで柔らかくしておく。
鳥を適当な大きさに切り、砂糖小さじ一杯、お酒小さじ一杯、塩少々、胡椒少々、入れて、溶き卵を2回に分けて入れてかき混ぜる。最後に片栗粉小さじ2杯を入れて混ぜる。フライパンで油をほんの少々入れて、下準備した鳥を弱火で痛め更に取る。長ネギ半分を３ｃｍ大に笹目切りし、しょうが少々を小さく薄切りにしたものをフライパンにいれいためる。準備したエリンギ、電子レンジで柔らかくしたジャガイモをいれ、さやえんどうを塩をつけて青色を保持したものを入れて、いためる。そこへ先に炒めた鶏肉を入れていためる。トマトけっちゃっぷ大匙2杯に、カレイ粉大匙3杯を入れて混ぜたものを入れる。鶏がら粒状スープ、酒、酢、砂糖、水で溶いたものを入れて、さっといためる。

午前中にゴルフを終えて、昼からはインターネットカッフェでインターネットサーフィンをしたり、読書、昼ね、テレビでＮＨＫをみたり、アメリカのゴルフ番組をする。小さな町にあるレストランで中華料理、インド料理、マレイ料理を楽しむ。
昼間は22度前後、朝晩は15度の温度、午後からかなり頻繁にスコールが来るが短時間にやむ。標高1600メーターの標高で緑豊かな山に囲まれ、空気が美味しく、心地よいゴルフの疲れで、気分は爽快、時間が悠々と過ぎ去っていく。
