引用符内は良くない表現を示しているようですが、肝心な "SOUND OFF" は知らない表現なので辞書で調べます。
・Macmillan Dictionary: to express your opinions loudly, especially in an unreasonable way: sound off about: Maria's always sounding off about politics.
・Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary: a: to speak up in a loud voice b: to voice one's opinions freely and vigorously: she never missed a chance to sound off about the latest “stupid” political decisions
・Cambridge English Dictionary: to express your opinions forcefully, especially without being asked for them: He's always sounding off about how he thinks the country should be run.
分かります。日本語でも最近耳にする、「俺的には」、「何気に」をやたらに使う人がいるので、私も "sound off" したくなります。
