スリランカ一日目は、夜遅くに着いたので、ホテルに行って、チェックインして寝ただけだった。
二日目からいよいよアーユルヴェーダ生活が始まる。
でも、その前にプールで泳ぎたい。
素敵なプールがあるので、楽しみたいと思った。
The first day in Sri Lanka, I arrived at late night, so I only went to Barbelyn Reef Hotel, and checked in, and slept.
The second day, my Ayurveda life finally started.
But, for beginning, I swam in the pool.
There is a nice pool, so I want to enjoy.

昼食 Lunch
午後１時半にドクターの診察を受けた。日本語の通訳が入るという話だったけど、なぜか通訳さんは来なくて、英語でなんとか自分の症状を伝えようとした。
途中から通訳さんがやってきた。
そして、午後２時半からトリートメントが始まる。オイルマッサージと鍼治療だ。
At 1:30pm, I had a consultation of doctor, it must be a Japanese translator, but none came, I tryed to explain my symptoms in my poor English.
In the middle of the consultation, a translator came at last.
My treatment began at 2:30pm, oil massage and accupuncture.
