I went to Korin Zen temple for practicing Zazen.
It start 7 am, and we practice Zazen 25 minutes for 2 times.
After Zazen practice, I had a very clear mind all day!!

7:05- 7:50 池袋から飯能へ 西武池袋線で
8:00- 8:41 飯能からさわらびの湯まで 国際興業バスで
9:00-11:10 登山口から登り始め、棒ノ峯の頂上まで
11:30-14:30 頂上から下山し、さわらびの湯まで
15:36 さわらびの湯からバスで飯能に出発

棒ノ折山へハイキング その６
棒ノ折山の頂上に着いたら、おなかがすいてるのでお昼ご飯にした。
でもしばらくすると寒くなり、すぐに下山することにした。
頂上ではたくさんの人がお昼を食べ、休んでいた。
Hiking to Bo-no-Oreyama No.6
After arrived the top of Bo-no-Oreyama, we felt very hungry, we took a luch.
But after a while we felt cold, so decided to go down soon.
The top place, many climbers took a rest and lunch.
下りの道は易しくなかった。
両足はプルプル震えだして、痛くなってきた。
白地平に着いた。
It wasn't easy to go down.
My legs started shaking and had pain.
I arrived at Shirochi Daira.
やっとこさ下りてきた。
さあ、さわらびの湯に行こう。やったー！温泉！
At last we went back down.
Let's go to Sawarabi-no-Yu, Onsen! Yopiiiiii!!
