１０か月間、脳についての勉強をしていた。
３人の勉強仲間ができた。セミナーの最後の日、みんなで駅に向かう途中、大きな虹が空に出ていた。
これは私たちへのプレゼントだね、と皆で思った。
I continued study about brain for 10 month, and I finished to study.
I have three study friends, the last day of this seminor, we went back to a station together.

これはクサギという名前の木で、文字通り、臭い木だからそうつけたらしい。
でも、この木が臭いなんで全く思わない。
むしろいい香りだ。
なんでこんな名前をつけたのか全く謎だ。
This is a tree called "Kusagi" in Japanese, it means a smelly tree.
But I think it is not smelly at all, rather than it is good smell.
I don't know why they gave such a name...

きくりん農園のゴーヤーをいただいたので、ゴーヤー料理を三つ作った。
まずは、りんごと豆乳のゴーヤースムージー。
Kikurin farm gave me big goyas, so I cooked them.
At first, a goya smoothie with soya milk and apple.
お次は定番のゴーヤーチャンプルー。
Next is goya champru.
三つ目はゴーヤーとかつお節の和え物。
Third is goya salad.
四つ目はバナナと牛乳のゴーヤースムージー。
The fourth is goya smoothie with banana and milk
.
暑い時にゴーヤーを摂取すると、元気になる！
When it is very hot, you have goya, after you will be fine!
