Dear Masahiko,

Yes, I am deeply concerned.  I think this is an even worse time in our country than the late 1960's when Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy were killed. 

We have failed to provide for our poorest and have failed to correct the injustices of our society and many people are angry and hurting.

Continue to pray for us.  We are safe, but things are very bad in many places including in many parts of St. Louis.

Peace to you all - I think of you often and long to see you again.

         Hearing the recent news I am deeply concerned with you, not for the viral pandemic against which people are invited to fight together but for the tragic struggle that might rip your precious country apart.
