One thing the WBPC has in common is its proximity to the Japan Federation of Bar Associations.
That's why the WBPC is making legal fees come out of public funds to support the needy within the framework of legislators' bills or create new claims to create lawsuit stories.
It can justify to some extent in the name of welfare, but it is now a hunt for concessions.
It will get out of hand if we don't stop this now.
