Now then, what is the reason that China suddenly launched an unbelievable attack on Japan at the United Nations?

Regarding nuclear power, China has decided to provide over 100 billion yen in financial support to Britain's stalled nuclear projects, which had been halted due to funding shortages.
Upon seeing this news, every Japanese citizen should immediately demand that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stop Japan’s ODA to China—an utterly foolish program amounting to 30 billion yen, most of it in the form of non-repayable aid.
