When I was in my twenties, I thought that women discriminated against, but when I went to the management side, I was not just discrimination or abuse, but only being treated as a member of society in common sense.
I think that there is a social standard that "It is only natural to be able to do this," but if it does not meet that there will be strict guidelines.
